When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that police have not registered the crime basing on the complaint of the petitioner, since the subject matter is civil in nature. 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, petitioner is at liberty to work out their remedies before appropriate forum according to the law. There shall be no order as to costs.
