Side) 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.14690 of 2025 O R D E R The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 406, 408, 465, 468, 471, 477A, 506(i) and 420 of IPC in Crime No.3 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner is employed as a driver under the defacto complainant, while his wife and other accused were staff in the pharmacy run by the defacto complainant. It is alleged that a sum of Rs.3crores has been misappropriated by the accused persons by falsifying the account. This petitioner contacted the defacto complainant over phone and threatened her with dire consequences, if he pursues the complaint. 3. Considering the gravity of the offence and quantum of money misappropriated this Court finds that it is not appropriate case to grant bail to the petitioner.
