Since, it is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid Criminal Case has disposed of in the light of compromise entered into between the parties, therefore, the present C482 application has rendered infructuous. 6. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for respondent No.2. 7. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present C482 application is dismissed as infructuous.
