GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 29184 of 2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue a Writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No.3, in entertaining and passing orders without having there being any orders from the 4th respondent by his proceedings in D.Dis.No.D2 (B)/898/2025 dated 17.09.2025 is illegal, arbitrary and violations of Article 14, 21 and 300A and consequently set aside the same in respect of land in Survey No. 184, to an extent of Ac.0.65 cents, and Survey No. 186, to an extent of Ac.0.43 cents, situated at Diguvapalli Village, Tadipatri Mandal, Anantapur District forthwith and to pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case”. 2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court for disposal of the writ petition with a liberty to avail alternative remedy as provided under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. 3. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioners to file revision before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the revisional authority is directed to entertain the same. Till filing of 4 appeal by the petitioner, there shall be interim suspension of the proceedings dated 17.09.2025 of the 3rd respondent. 4. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
