Mr. Bhatnagar submits, his client seeks review. His client had not executed performance guarantee. Only earnest money was deposited by him, which was forfeited. 2. We reproduce below paragraph-3 from our disposal order dated 09.04.2025 "On query Mr. Bhatnagar submits, the contract was rescinded and his client's security money forfeited." On query, Mr. Bhatnagar recollects that the order was dictated in his presence. 3. Words 'security money' in paragraph-3 of said disposal order dated 09th April, 2025 be substituted by words 'earnest money'. The correction be made being rectification of typographical error. 4.
