The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 709/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2078 of 2024 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 158/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 326, 354 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-X, Ranchi. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 8125 of 2024 by order dated 25.11.2024. 4. On 05.06.2024, petitioner is alleged to have shot one Mukul Khalkho, due to which, he sustained firearm injuries. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 6.
