The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the termination orders vide Rc.No.2788/SEEDAP/ADMIN/2025, dated 11.07.2025, issued by Respondent No.3 removing the Petitioner from the position of State Mission Manager at Society for Employment Generation and Enterprise Development in Andhra Pradesh (SEEDAP), without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. At the time of hearing, it is submitted by both counsels, that in view of subsequent developments, the issue in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.
