1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that as per instruction no F.I.R. was registered till 15.10.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on the other contended that as of now no F.I.R. has been registered however the petitioner is appending in his arrest in the hands of police as there is every likelihood that the informant might have registered a case against the present petitioner making allegation for commission of offences.
4. This Court is of the view that there is no apprehension of arrest. In such view of the matter, the anticipatory bail application is
disposed of with the aforesaid observation. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to move this Court in the event there is any F.I.R.

5. With the aforesaid observation the bail application stands
disposed of.
