This petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the transfer order dated 30.06.2025 passed by respondent No. 3 by which he has been transferred from Government Middle School, Kaknesh, Block BHUMIKA ANGARE Digitally signed by BHUMIKA ANGARE Date: 2025.12.05 12:59:43 +0530 2 Wadrafnagar, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj to Government Higher Secondary School, Baskepi, Block Kusmi, District Balrampur- Ramanujganj on administrative ground. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is posted at present place of posting since 2022. He would further submit that the petitioner has two children and both are appearing in the Board Examination. He would further submit that his elder son is suffering from 75% permanent disability and he has also annexed medical disability certificate. He would further submit that till academic examination he has to carry his children for examination. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the medical disability suffered by his elder son, the transfer order dated 30.06.2025 so far as it relates to petitioner shall remain stayed till 15th April, 2026. It is made clear that the transfer order will be vacated after 15th April, 2026 and if petitioner does not join the transferred place of posting immediately after 15th April, 2026, the respondents are at liberty to take necessary steps against him. 4.
