He therefore, sought permission of the Court to withdraw the petition and approach the jurisdictional Court to seek bail, raising all contentions. 2. FIR is registered against three named accused, in Crime No.52/2024 of Mangalore North Police Station, for the offence punishable under Section 66(C), 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2008 and Section 420 of IPC. Petitioner is arraigned as accused No.2. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35446 CRL.P No. 10419 of 2025 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that a preliminary chargesheet has been filed against the accused persons for the offence punishable under Section 66(C), 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2008 and Section 35, 37, 419 and 420 of IPC. 4. In light of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application for bail, before the jurisdictional Court.
