Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the respondents in not taking action for fullfledged building premises with proper security and facilities along with sufficient staff, and infrastructure including strong room for protecting material objects in respect of special sessions court Laxmipeta, Srikakulam District, for trail of Sc.No-1/2014(PRC No-18/2012), inspite of representations dt 08-03-2021 and 10-03-2021 made by the petitioners as IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the interim direction directing the Respondents to take action forth with for providing infrastructure like strong room and staff for fecilitating trial in SC.No 1/2014 on the file of special court at Laxmipeta, Srikakulam District, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to permit the petitioner herein to implead the proposed respondents herein as respondents 4 and 5 respectively in the above Writ Petition in the interest of Justice Counsel for the Petitioners: G V SHIVAJI Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME Counsel for the Respondents:GP FOR SOCIAL WELFARE The Court made the following order:

ORDER:
The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the respondents in not taking action for fullfledged building premises with proper security and facilities along with sufficient staff, and infrastructure including strong room for protecting material objects in respect of special sessions court Laxmipeta, Srikakulam District, for trail of Sc.No-1/2014(PRC No-18/2012), inspite of representations dt 08-03-2021 and 10-03-2021 made by the petitioners as….”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare submits that, as per the report received from the Special Judge, V Additional District Judge, Laxmipeta, there are no issues regarding infrastructure, as the Court is functioning for a limited purpose for disposal of trial matters. However, the learned Trial Judge has raised certain issues pertaining to budget and related requirements.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the Registrar (Administration) is directed to take all necessary steps by placing the
matter before the appropriate authority to address the issues raised by the learned Trial Judge in their report. There shall be no order as to costs.
