This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ or Order or direction more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus declaring the illegal action of the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and their agents in taking away the Petitioner’s vehicle bearing No. AP 03 BQ 2377 highhandedly and without r notice to the petitioner in spite of the petitioners readiness to close the loan by paying the balance loan amount after giving credit of all the amounts paid by the petitioner towards the loan amount is as illegal, arbitrary and against to law and consequently direct the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to handover the custody of the Petitioners vehicle bearing No. AP 03 BQ 2377 forthwith, and to pass such…”
2. None represented on behalf of the Petitioner. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance and brought to the notice of this Court that the prayer in the Writ Petition is against the private respondents and writ is not maintainable. 4. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed for Non- prosecution. No order as to Costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
