Petitioner has challenged the notice at Annexure-R whereby the respondent - Tahsildar has stated that the land in Sy. No. 89 is a Gomal land and has called upon the petitioner to produce records relating to grant of land. 3. The petitioner has raised various contentions including that the predecessor of the petitioner had purchased the property through a registered sale deed - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50101 WP No. 35779 of 2025 dated 11.11.1960 and that the revenue entries stand in the name of the petitioner's husband. 4. Noticing that Annexure-R is only a notice, it may not be appropriate to entertain the writ petition at this stage. The present proceedings initiated by the petitioner can be stated to be premature. 5. Petitioner is at liberty to make out his reply to Annexure-R. Respondent - Authority to afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and then proceed to record a finding as regards the stand of the petitioner in reply to the notice before initiating further proceedings. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. All contentions of the petitioner as raised in the writ petition and otherwise are kept open.
