The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayers:
"Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any appropriate
order or direction by Set-aside the impugned
Order dated 06.06.2025 in I.A.No.14 in O.S.No.6340/2016 connected with

O.S.No.6703/2016, passed by the LXIV Additional City Civil and Session Judge, CCH-65, at Bengaluru City, as per Annexure-J, in the interest of justice and equity. Grant the costs and such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Heard Sri.Nagendra Kumar K., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri.B.S.Raghu Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 and have perused the material on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that the report is already in place and what remains is the consideration of the memo of instructions pursuant to the submission of the report.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 would now submit that all the submissions are already over and the matter is posted for orders on memo of instructions.
