CH.S.V.SURAJ SC For JNTU KAKINADA The Court made the following ORDER: The present Writ Petition has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:- “…to issue an appropriate Writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the of the respondents 3 and 4 in not allowing the petitioner to appear for 2nd semester M.Tech Advanced power systems (1st year) inspite of having 67.8 percentage of attendence and detaining the petitioner for the academic year on the ground of shortage of attendance as arbitrary, illegal, high handed capricious and contrary to the principles of natural justice and consequentially permit the petitioner to take part in the 2nd semester examinations being conducted by the 3rd respondent university.” 2. This Court, on 03.09.2025, passed the following interim order in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in W.P.No.23418 of 2025. “……… In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and after considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the academic future of the petitioner, there shall be interim direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to permit the petitioner to attend/write the Second Semester examination of her M.Tech Advanced Power Systems (1st year) being conducted by the 3rd respondent University subject to payment of requisite fee..” 3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
