Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No. 2 Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, to consider and take a reasoned decision on the Petitioner Institution's fresh application for affiliation for the academic year 2025-2026, as submitted and produced before this Hon'ble Court Dt.04-07-2025, within a time period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court; at ANNEXURE-A 2. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to the second respondent RGUHS to consider and pass appropriate orders and take appropriate decision on the application for affiliation submitted by the petitioner at Annexure A dated 04.07.2025 for the academic year 2025-26 within a stipulated time frame. 6. Learned counsel for the second respondent RGUHS submits that second respondent would consider the said application as expeditiously as possible. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I deem it just and proper to dispose of this petition directing the second respondent to address the grievance of the petitioner, consider and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate decision on the application at Annexure 'A' dated 04.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner for affiliation for the academic year 2025-26 on or before 28.11.2025.
