There is no representation for the impleading applicants. Although, learned the counsel for the petitioner submits that 10 out of 12 award amounts have been cleared by the petitioner and what remains to be cleared is only 2 and the amount may be around Rs.25,00,000/-, while the property in question Rs.9,50,00,000/- even as on 12.11.2020, nevertheless since there is no representation for the impeding applicants who are the decree holders, re-list this matter on 19.09.2025 to enable the impleading applicants to have their say. It is made clear that this Court will proceed to dispose of the writ petition on the next date of hearing." 2. Matter is called out. There is no representation for the impleading applicants. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has today filed a memo along with the list of cases which have been settled by the petitioner's husband. According to the petitioner, the case in EA 214/14 and 213/14 are only remaining for consideration. 4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is partly allowed, while setting aside the impugned order at Annexure- - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37938 WP No. 722 of 2022 D dated 30.11.2021. The Tahsildar, Yelahanka Taluk is permitted to make a communication to the District Consumer Forum, Bengaluru in proceedings EA.214/14 and EA.213/14 and seek appropriate orders.
