The present Cr.M.P. has been filed with the following prayer:- “ It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court in exercise of its inherent powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. may kindly be pleased to allow this petition, quash the impugned FIR bearing Crime No. 1163/2022 registered at Police Station Raigarh Kotwali, District- Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and the entire criminal proceedings arising there from against the petitioner, in the interest of justice” 3 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse of law as the charge sheet has been filed before the learned trial Court. 3.
