JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. 2. The prayer in the petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.3 -Tahasildar to issue Saguvali chit in favour of the petitioners pursuant to the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39196 WP No. 29155 of 2025 order of regularization of unauthorised occupation passed by the Committee at Annexure-H. 3. Learned counsel submits that Annexure-H is the list of persons/applicants in whose favour the Committee passed orders of regularization and the name of the petitioners are found at Serial Nos.7 and 19 and an extent of land measuring 4 acres each was regularised in favour of the petitioners. Saguvali chit was not issued in favour of the petitioners. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 – Tahasildar, Hiriyur Taluk to consider the representations given by the petitioners at Annexures-E and F dated 05.03.2025 and 19.05.2025 respectively, verify from the records and find out whether the petitioners were indeed granted the land. If it is found that the Committee had in fact regularised the land in favour of the petitioners, the Tahasildar shall collect kimath from the petitioners and thereafter proceed to pass - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39196 WP No. 29155 of 2025 necessary orders issuing Saguvali chit and enter the names of the petitioners in the land records pursuant to the issuance of the Saguvali chit. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
