Mr. Curits Collins, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant herein, would submit that even after the interim order passed by the Family Court, she is not being allowed to meet her son i.e. respondent No.1 herein, therefore, she has filed application dated 23-10-2025. 3. It has been stated at the Bar that in WPC No.2051/2025 (Sushmita Suyash Hunter v. Suyash Samarpan Hunter and another), decided on 1-5-2025, this Court had already directed the Family Court (Link Court), Katghora, to decide the proceeding itself i.e. the application under Order 7 Rule 10 of the CPC within six months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of that order. 4. In that view of the matter, no direction can be issued at this stage. It is for the Family Court (Link Court), Katghora to comply the order dated 1-5-2025 passed in WPC No.2051/2025. 5.
