JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BHUWAN GOYAL Order 06/02/2025 1. The matter comes up on an application filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., 2023 seeking modification/correction in the order dated 12.09.2024 passed by this Court in D.B. Criminal Writ Petition (Parole) No. 1708/2024. 2. It is contended by learned counsel appearing for the applicant that in the order dated 12.09.2024, in Para No.7, erroneously and due to typographical error, word “second regular parole for a period of twenty days” has been typed, whereas, it should be “second regular parole for a period of thirty days”. [2025:RJ-JP:5425-DB] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-60/2025] 3. We have perused the order dated 12.09.2024. 4. From perusal of the order dated 12.09.2024, it is apparent that in line Nos. 4 & 5 of Para No.7, instead of "second regular parole for a period of thirty days”, word “second regular parole for a period of twenty days” has been typed inadvertently. 5. In view of the above, Criminal Misc. Application is allowed. 6. In the order dated 12.09.2024, in Para No.7, word "second regular parole for a period of twenty days”, be now read as “second regular parole for a period of thirty days”. 7. Order dated 12.09.2024 stands modified accordingly. 8. This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 12.09.2024. (BHUWAN GOYAL),J (INDERJEET SINGH),J PAYAL DHAWAN /51
