Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel on behalf of respondents. 2. The petitioner along-with other villagers made a complaint before the respondent no.1 on 03.04.2025. On the said complaint directions were issued by the respondent no.1 directing the District Magistrate, Gautam Buddha Nagar to look into the matter and do the needful. 3. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that though a considerable time has already lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken on the same. 4. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that necessary decision/action will be taken by the respondent no.2 expeditiously. 5. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. 6. Taking into consideration the nature of relief sought by the petitioner and without dwelling upon the merit of the matter, the petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent concerned to take necessary decision/action in the matter within six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
