This appeal is placed before us in today’s National Lok Adalat. Mr. M. R. Deshmukh, leaned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present on authority. None for the respondents/original claimants. 3. Learned advocate for the appellant/Bajaj Allianz filed the withdrawal pursis, which is marked as as Article ‘X’ for the purpose of identification. 4. The appeal is disposed of in the terms of withdrawal pursis (‘X’). 5. The advocate for the appellant submitted that an amount of Rs. 30,04,635/- has been deposited in this regard, out of which 75% of the amount has been withdrawn by the original claimants. The appellant/Insurance Company should inform the respondents/original claimants, accordingly. 7.
