ORDER:
The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…to issue a Writ, order or direction more fully one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not providing Police Aid to the petitioner to his life and to implement the interim order dated I.A. No. 34 of 2021 in OS No. 6 of 2021 on the file of the Court of the Vacation Civil Judge - Cum- IV Addl. District Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District, as bad, illegal, void and consequently direct the 2nd respondent provide Police Aid to the petitioner to plant aquaculture seed in his leased aquacultures tanks in an extent of Ac. 13-54 Cents in S.Nos. 82 - 2 to 4 and 83 - 3 to 7, situated at Injaram Village, Tallarevu Mandal, East Godavari District to meet the ends of justice and pass….”
2. Heard Sri Kata Sambasiva Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation, as and when required, in light of the interim order passed I.A. No. 34 of 2021 in OS No. 6 of 2021 on the file of the Vacation Civil Judge - Cum- IV Addl. District Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that the petition may be disposed of by recording the said submission.

Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the police as and when required, so long as the interim order dated 21.5.2021 in I.A. No. 34 of 2021 in OS No. 6 of 2021 on the file of the Vacation Civil Judge - Cum- IV Addl. District Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District, remains in force and in his favor. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
