GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue an order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3, in providing the police aid to Petitioner Church from 24-12-2021 to 2 01-01-2022, is highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust and against the principles of Article 14,20 and 21 of Constitution of India and in violation of Principles of natural justice and Consequently, directing the Respondent No.2 and 3 to provide the police aid to Petitioner Church from 24-12-2021 to 01-01-2022.” 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
