This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the order dated 17.11.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1979 of 2016 in C.C.No.56 of 2014 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge at Avanigadda, Krishna District. 2. Heard and perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order dated 17.11.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1979 of 2016 in C.C.No.56 of 2014. The Crl.M.P.No.1979 of 2016 is filed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/A.2 herein seeking to issue summons to the Secretary, PACS, Viswanadhapalli to cause production of representation dated 20.05.2011 submitted by the petitioner/A.2 to PACS 3 and to produce minutes for the years from 1995 to 2000 and to give evidence and the said petition is allowed. Against the said orders, the present revision is preferred. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor filed a copy from the eCourts website stating that the main C.C.No.56 of 2014 is disposed on 28.02.2020. 5. Recording the said submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and in view of the disposal of main C.C.No.56 of 2014 on 28.02.2020 as the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
