The following prayer has been made in the writ petition: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to lease back the land in dispute to the petitioner, as per the representation made by the petitioner, and to take a decision on the same in a timely and just manner, in accordance with the principles of equity, fairness and justice." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that SLP filed by the petitioner before Supreme Court challenging the order of this Court dated 04.10.2016 affirming the award is still pending and an order of status-quo is also operating therein. He prays for time to move appropriate application in this behalf before Supreme Court and prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage. 3. Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the same. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn at this stage. (Anish Kumar Gupta, J.)
