The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 05.03.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 14038 of 2024. 3. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that vide order dated 08.07.2025 candidature of the candidate has been considered and the same has been rejected. The order has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. 4. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 7. The contempt application is disposed of. 8. Notices are discharged. 9. Let the file be consigned to record. 10. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 08.07.2025 passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
