1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following relief(s):-
“10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this writ petition and further may kindly be pleased to Issue a writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No. 3 Registrar, Department of Registrar Firms & Societies, Nawa Raipur (C.G.) to decide the pending representation dated 17.12.2024 (Annexure – P/1) within a time bound manner. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct Respondent No. 3 to conduct an inquiry into the complaint regarding unauthorized induction of members, illegal removal petitioner and other members. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider reinstating the petitioner as members of the Sharda Mahila Swa Sahayata Samuh after due inquiry. 10.4 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner”

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to avail the other alternate remedy available to her under the law for redressal of her grievance. 3.
