Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the records. 3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the seventh respondent by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Trichy Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 01.04.2026.
