Case No. 51 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 303(2), 319(2), 336(2), 338, 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. One Tinku Kumar was arrested and in his self inculpatory statement, the name of the petitioner has come in the case. Petitioner, Tinku Kumar and others were involved in illegal gaming transactions and in the handling and movement of money derived from online gaming activities. From the Whatsapp group chats, many illegal transactions have been recorded. The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2025. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45280 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 in cyber fraud, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
