The present writ appeal has been filed by the appellants praying for the following relief:- “It is therefore reverently prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant appeal and set aside the judgment and order dated 14.10.2025 passed in W.P.(S) No.: 9224/2023, whereby the Learned Single Judge allowed the writ petition directing the appellants herein to consider the application of the writ petitioner afresh and to ensure the payment of admissible amount including the provident fund to the tune of Rs. 3,26,040.00 (employer's share) by venturing beyond the scope of the Act of 1952 r/w. the scheme of 1952 as referred above in a most arbitrary and illegal manner. It is further submitted that the appellant-Bank is willing and ready to consider and decide the pending application of the writ petitioner strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Gramin Bank (Employees') Pension Regulations, 2018, as amended by the 2024 Amendment, and in conformity with the law applicable thereto.” 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to approach before the learned Single Judge. 3 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. 4.
