ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in registering FIR / Crime based on the complaint made by the petitioner against the persons as mentioned in the complaint, dated 17.9.2025 amounts to erroneous, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently directs the 3rd respondent to register the complaint based on the complaint made by the writ petitioner dated 17.9.2025 forthwith in the interest of justice.”

Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint given by the petitioner, police have registered a case against the un-official respondent in Crime No.165 of 2025 of Bhimavaram Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 351(2) read with 3(5) of BNS. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
