Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tarhasi P.S. Case No. 84/2024, for the offence registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Palamau at Daltonganj.
3. On 23.11.2024, wife of the informant namely Anju Devi was murdered in her matrimonial home. F.I.R. was registered against unknown persons.
4. During the course of investigation, one Chandan Kumar was apprehended and he confesses his guilt and he also implicated this petitioner. The petitioner has also confessed his guilt.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the fact that apart from suspicion, there is no material against the petitioner on record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Tarhasi P.S. Case No. 84/2024.
