1. This is an ofÏce reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 18.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4063 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Manas Ranjan Mishra, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment.

2 Protection Act), Bilaspur, District-Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 13.01.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial.
4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in this case at present only one prosecution witness has been recorded and the statement of 23 prosecution witnesses are yet to be recorded though summons have been issued against them for recording of their statement. Hence the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time therefore, he prays for grant of further more time for concluding the same.
5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of five months from today.
6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
