M R S SRINIVAS The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 29459 OF 2021 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents No. 2 to 5 in calling the Petitioners to the Police Station frequently without there being any crime registered against them as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard Mr. N. Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the Official Respondents. 3. Mr. V. Farooq, leaned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the official Respondents, on instructions, would submit that the Respondent/ Police never interfered in civil disputes between the Petitioners and Respondents No.6 and 7 and never called the Petitioners to the Police Station. 4. Recording the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
