Vs
Yashpal Singh. .…. Respondent(s)
Through: Mr. Vishal Sharma, DSGI.
CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE M A CHOWDHARY, JUDGE
ORDER (18.07.2025)
Despite indicating the name of the counsel for the petitioners in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and so was the case on the previous date of hearing as well. It appears that the order sought to be enforced may have been implemented to the satisfaction of the petitioners, as such, petitioners remain unrepresented. Be that as it may, the instant contempt petition is disposed of and the proceedings are dropped, however, the petitioners shall be at liberty to seek revival/restoration of the petition, in case, cause survives.
