Heard Sri P.Vasu Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the 4th respondent, the petitioners were called to the police station, but no crime has been registered against the petitioners so far. 4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties and insist the petitioners to enter compromise. In case of any crime registered against the petitioners, the police are directed to follow the due process of law. There shall be no Order as to costs.
