Proceedings in the petition have been initiated for non- compliance of the order dated 28.04.2017, passed in SWP No. 1016/2017, vide which, the writ petition was disposed of by directing as under: - “In view of the aforesaid submissions and in the facts of case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the competent authority to consider the claim of the petitioner for the post of Range Office, Grade-I with effect from the date when the petitioner became eligible for consideration within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the claim of the petitioner.” 02. Mr. Vishal Bharti, learned Dy. AG. submits that in compliance to the order of this Court, they have considered the claim of __________ __________ the petitioner vide order dated 15.02.2021, and have rejected the case of the petitioner. 03. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 28.04.2017 stands complied with, as such, nothing survives for further consideration in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the proceedings in this contempt petition are closed. The petitioner is at liberty to assail the consideration order, if so advised.
