JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE O R D E R 03-09-2025 Vide this order, we shall dispose of a batch of four petitions, for, the matter in issue is common. However, for facility of reference, the facts are being derived from OWP No. 2106/2018. What is being assailed is a show cause notice dated 25.09.2018, issued by J&K State Pollution Control Board, under environmental laws/closure of Health Care Facility. Ex-facie, the show cause notice was issued by the legaladvisor of the Board. The records show that this Court as back as on 16.10.2018, while issuing notice, had stayed the said notice. Concededly, the said order is operative to date. The respondents have filed objections/response to the petition. But during the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that without prejudice to the rights and interests of the respondent authorities, the impugned show cause notice dated 25.09.2018be deemed to have been withdrawn/recalled. And the authorities, would serve the petitioner with a fresh show cause notice, if so advised. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits thatthe petition be disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents. In the wake of the above, we are not required to delve into the matter any further. Accordingly,all the petitions are disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties.
