By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the Social Status Certificate annexure P-1 issued to the respondent No.6 by the Tahsildar, Pakhanjur, District:Kanker, C.G./respondent. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised objection seeking the cancellation of the Social Status Certificate issued to the respondent No.6 before the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner making a limited prayer that as the petitioner has already questioning the Social Status Certificate of the respondent No.6 before the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4, the respondent No.4/District Level Certificates/Social Status Verification Committee, Kanker be directed to pass an order on the complaint/application filed by the petitioner. 3 4. Learned counsel for the State/respondents submits that if the application Annexure P-5 dated 17/01/2025, is pending before the respondent No.4/District Level Certificates/Social Status Verification Committee, Kanker, the same will be considered within a stipulated period in accordance with law. 5. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties. 6. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the respondents/State, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4/District Level Certificates/Social Status Verification Committee, Kanker to consider the complaint lodged by the petitioner, within a period of 45 days in accordance with law. 7.
