The learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the sale deed in document No.1153/2023 executed in favour of the petitioner and based on which, the petitioner has made necessary payment through challan for measuring the lands on 14.03.2025. 3. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, on written instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the online application made by the petitioner, survey will be conducted on 14.05.2025. 4.
