ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the proceedings of the 4th respondent in passing the prohibitory orders in Rc.No.278/2020-DT, dt.9-6-2021 directing the petitioner not to enter into his house bearing D.No.14-39, Sy.No.898/6-1K of Pidigualla town, Guntur district at instance of the 5th respondent herein is illegal, arbitrary, violative of principals of natural justice

and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G.V.S.Mehar Kumar,
learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the interim order dated 12.07.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2021 passed by this Court giving liberty to the Petitioner to enter his house property as there is no prohibitory order relating to the said house property, may be made absolute.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home is in attendance.
4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of and the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021, dated 12.07.2021, is made absolute. There shall be no order as to costs.
