Heard SriGinjalaVijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite making a complaint through online mode, the concerned police authorities have failed to register a case against the accused persons named in the complaint. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner had sent a representation to the Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Vizianagaram, through online mode vide Petition ID No. VZMVZM1T/110925/00648 dated 11.09.2025. Upon verification, it was found that the residential address of the petitioner, i.e., Plot No.41, Adilya Gardens, Delhi Public School Backside, Vizianagaram, falls within the jurisdiction of the II Town Police Station, Vizianagaram. Therefore, the said online petition was transferred to the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Vizianagaram, for further necessary action.It is further submitted that another online petition of the petitioner vide Petition ID No. WEB/VZM/VZMR/240925/00042 dated 24.09.2025 was addressed to the Vizianagaram Rural Police Station. However, on verification, it was found that the said online petition was not received by the Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Vizianagaram. 5. Having considered the submissions made by both sides and perused the record, this Court finds that the petitioner’s complaint has already been duly forwarded to the concerned police station, and necessary steps are being taken in accordance with law. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, however, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
