The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that no decision is being taken by the Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Varanasi on the representation made by the petitioner against the act of respondent no.5, Sambhunath Sahani. The complaint in representation is that the respondent no.5 has illegally occupied the area given to the petitioner to station his boats. 2. It serves no fruitful purpose to keep the matter pending, the petition is disposed of with direction that, in case, the petitioner makes a fresh representation before the Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Varanasi along with all necessary documents, the Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Varanasi shall decide the same within a period of one month from the date of filing the representation. In case, the allegation of the petitioner is found to be true, the Commissioner, Nagar Nigam shall take all consequential action to protect the rights of the petitioner. 3.
