Pursuant to the same, impugned summon was issued. 2. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that it is only a summon issued under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and if at all, the petitioner has any grievance, he can very well canvass before the Authority and not before this Court. 3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Authority for appropriate orders, since it is only a summon. No costs.
