Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Having heard Mr. Ravi Tanta, learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that the issue being agitated by the Association on behalf of its members, is not permissible for the reason that each member has an individual cause and whether or not the member of the petitioner-Association is entitled for the relief as is being espoused on his/her behalf by the Association, has to be adjudged on the facts of the case of the individual concerned. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:11210 2. Accordingly, as prayed for, this writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the members of the Association that if they are so advised, they may individually approach the Court, for the relief that has been prayed for, by way of this writ petition.
