At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that revisionist is the husband of O.P. No.2 and by way of instant revision, he challenged the order passed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. but now matter between husband and wife i.e. revisionist and O.P. No.2 has been amicably settled, therefore, he does not want to press the instant revision, therefore, the instant revision may be dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Learned AGA is having no objection. 4.
