ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, especially respondent no.4 herein in threatening the petitioners with dire consequences and harassing the petitioners by calling to the police station frequently thereby asking about the persons to whom the petitioners is not having any relation or connection and without any fault of the petitioners highhandedly and further threatening the petitioners that they would implicate in false cases as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, malfide, against to the violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents not to call the petitioners or their family members to the police station with unconnected issue or interfere with the peaceful and enjoyment of the petitioners or petitioners' family personal life.”
2. None represented for the Petitioners. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not calling the Petitioners and not harassing them. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to summon the Petitioners to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against them. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
