Sri Ramalingeswara Rao Kocharla Kota, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, would contend that, the petitioner is still in service and the question of payment of pension, at this stage, would not arise. 3. In these circumstances, this Contempt Case is dismissed as premature, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach this Court, in the event of any future difficulties.
